We worked with Rimon Jafar to help with the purchase of a convertible. He was professional and patient in the review of a number of very different cars. He was extremely knowledgeable in each of the BMW and Mercedes brands and offered a no pressure approach to the purchase. Ultimately we settled on a car that he helped to negotiate a fair price on and outstanding car. Having looked for an extended period, Encore offered the best selection of fairly priced premium vehicles.
