I would like to take this opportunity to thank John Steinhauser and all employees of Encore Motorcars of Sarasota for their assistance in my recent purchase of a 2011 Chevrolet Camaro SS convertible.
I have known John for the past two or three years and have gone to the dealership on several occasions in search of a vehicle. John has always been very friendly and accommodating, even though several visits passed before I purchased a vehicle. John was quick to help me in selecting a vehicle that would be of interest to me, as well as within my price range. Moreover, he always encouraged me to test drive a vehicle of my choice and he was most knowledgeable of the vehicle and its features.
John was very helpful, patient and understanding in my quest for a high quality used vehicle. I never felt pressured by John to purchase a vehicle: he was considerate and understanding of my wants and desires with regard to finding the right vehicle. I also found John to be very trustworthy and admired his sense of commitment to everyone important to him, including me as a buyer.
I would highly recommend John Steinhauser to anyone interested in purchasing a high quality used vehicle from Encore Motorcars of Sarasota.
