Thank you making my car buying experience such a pleasure. In 30 years of driving, this was the first time I bought a used car from an unknown entity - and the first time I handled the deal entirely by myself!
This is my third Saab. From finding it online one day to driving home in it the next, I felt complete confidence in my decision to purchase this car from you. Having encountered many shady dealers in my months-long, statewide quest to find the Saab I was looking for, I never questioned the honesty or integrity of Encore Motorcars. The car is as beautiful as it was represented online, and the people at Encore were all very friendly making the buying experience even more pleasant.
Thanks, too, for taking the other car off my hands! I'm looking forward to finding my own road in my "new" car!
