Hi Jack,
I am writing to let you know how happy and pleased we are with our purchase of the 2008 Mercedes Benz CLK350 on Dec. 28, 2010. As you know this is our THIRD purchase from Encore motors in the past 5 years.
Our sales person, John Steinhauser, was such a pleasure to work with. He helped us narrow down the search for the type of car that suited us best without any sales pressure at all. Once our decision was made, he constantly stayed in touch with us and the perfect vehicle was found and at a better price than expected!
I also have to tell you that we were astonished to see how your detail shop prepared our car for pick up in a condition that was better than brand new.
We look forward to having the same excellent service that you provided us with our past vehicles.
