I wanted to drop a quick note to say thank you for the exceptional service provided by your team and John Steinhauser on the purchase of my son's 2013 Jeep. As a 3 of 4 time repeat customer of Encore this experience was special. As you know we were shopping for my son's first car. John took the time to pay attention to my son and not direct his attention to me. He made my son feel important and after deciding on the vehicle John took the time to go over all the features of the vehicle with him. It made for a very memorable experience for my son and you only get that first car once!
Several of the dealerships we visited looked past my son and focused only on me when talking about vehicles. John did not do this.
I will continue to recommend Encore to others in need of a nice pre owned vehicle and will be back to see you when I am ready for something else.
